Mooidraai Mushrooms is a small-scale South African mushroom farm dedicated to producing high-quality gourmet and medicinal mushroom products. What started as an experiment in cultivating unique mushrooms for my own kitchen led to a dive down the mushroom rabbit hole and grew into a passion, ultimately culminating in a desire to share these amazing superfoods with mushroom lovers across the country.
We specialise in handcrafted products – including dried mushrooms, powders, tinctures and specialty foods – made from Oyster, Shiitake and Lion’s Mane Mushrooms. Every product is made without any unnecessary additives or fillers.
Our approach is simple: grow sustainably, process expertly and deliver products that we are proud to use ourselves. By keeping production small and focused, we can maintain the type of standards that our customers deserve.
